At T.I.C., everyone looks out for each other, and I’ve felt supported from day one. The focus on professional growth has also allowed me to develop new skills and take on new challenges. Authenticity, kindness, and integrity are values I hold close, both personally and professionally. I believe in being true to myself, treating others with respect, and building genuine connections. Helping others and challenging myself keeps me motivated, especially when I see the positive impact of my work. My biggest strengths are building relationships and supporting those around me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. You’ll often find me on the golf course or unwinding at the lake.
