Internship: Sales Position
- Spend time with experienced sales leaders and learn business strategy and operations
- Observe sales leaders in carrier and client engagements
- Learn the importance and strategies of cross-selling, prospecting and client retention
- Get comfortable with obtaining and setting appointments
- Partner with sales leaders on meeting preparation and client deliverables
- Job shadow various industry sales leaders to learn their techniques and approach
- Join sales leaders on client renewal meetings and worksite visits
Internship: Support Position
- Spend time with experienced mentors and learn business strategy and operations
- Observe team members in carrier and client engagements
- Learn the importance of client retention and client service standards
- Get comfortable with insurance terminology and coverage
- Learn Agency Management software
- Partner with sales team on meeting preparation and client deliverables
- Join sales team on client renewal meetings and worksite visits
Internship: Information Technology (IT) Position
- Provide technical assistance and support to our end-users
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Assist with user and computer account creation and modification within Active Directory.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new hires and existing employees.
- Install and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches. Ensure that all hardware and software installations are in accordance with company and security standards.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets, including computers, peripherals, and accessories. Coordinate equipment ordering and replacement as needed.
Internship: Human Resources (HR) Position
- Work alongside seasoned HR professionals and learn from the best.

Internship: AI Position
- Lead the charge in initiating discussions and brainstorming sessions to uncover potential AI applications within different business operations.
- Drive action and guide decision-making by presenting compelling, data-driven insights and recommendations for AI implementations.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to conceptualize and design AI solutions tailored to meet key business challenges.
- Participate in the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the transformative potential of AI applications.
- Assess current business processes and infrastructure to pinpoint opportunities where AI can introduce significant enhancements.
- Strategically propose and rank AI initiatives based on their feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with overarching business objectives.
