Corporate Benefits – Client Success Specialist

As a Client Success Specialist you will work closely with HR leaders of organizations and partner on open enrollment activities, employee onboarding as it pertains to benefits education, employee leave, and wellness programs.  Primary responsibilities include benefits administration for specific insurance products including enrollments/changes, account sales support, claims, explanation of benefits and orientation to employees involving benefit coverage.  The successful candidate will work closely with sales agents relative to retention, client satisfaction and identify additional value-added product opportunities for existing clients and prospects.

Preferred Knowledge and Skill:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree; and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. 
  • Employee benefits knowledge and health insurance plan administration preferred. 
  • Life and health insurance experience and/or Life, Accident and Health Insurance License a plus! 
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR Certification desired.
