IT Support Specialist – Onalaska

This full-time position will play a key role delivering IT support to end users.  This function includes working on incident management response, determining priority and problem management analysis/resolution.  Additional functions involve but are not limited to monitoring infrastructure and validation of overall IT environmental health, installations, upgrades, support of VOIP phone system for multiple locations, set up and maintenance of Windows 10 desk/laptops, basic network printer troubleshooting skills, working with software/hardware vendors for support, create and maintain technical documentation and user education.

Qualifications

  • Three plus years in IT support
  • Associate Degree – Information technology related field.
  • IT Operations Experience including experience using Active Directory for setup and management of user accounts and permissions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and Office 365.  Experience in Microsoft Excel and Access preferred.
  • Incident and Problem Management Experience
  • Track record of learning new tools and technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated team member
  • Ability to travel as needed to branch offices (in State of WI and IA)
