Account Support Representative – Madison location

The Insurance Center is currently accepting applications for the position of Account Support Representative. This is a full-time opening in Madison, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include preparing and processing various documents such as renewals, claims and applications; interacting with customers and carriers to resolve problems and answer questions; preparing census materials and providing marketing support to our sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with sales agents relative to retention, client satisfaction and identifying additional value-added product opportunities for existing clients and prospects.

Qualified applicants must possess strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Insurance experience and/or a Life, Accident and Health Insurance License a plus.
